Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Refrigeration and ammonia experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety first and adherence to workplace rules.
• Manage and supervise the Maintenance Department, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
• Supervise diagnostics and problem-solving of malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Direct maintenance personnel in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and budget spend.
• Oversee material orders, spare parts inventory, and capital project updates.
