Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for tolling technology and ITS products nationwide.

You will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and coordinate escalations with field teams to maintain high availability and customer satisfaction. You will work with IT and operations staff, participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation, assist with hardware deployments, and help improve support processes

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or IT-related field.
Certificate, diploma or degree in technology, electronics, or IT preferred.
High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support to internal and external customers.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Manage incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate escalations.
Collaborate with IT/operations teams during incidents and maintenance.
Document incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base.
