Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis, MO for real‑time security operations from a 24/7 monitoring center. You will manage live audio communications, verify alarms, and intervene during incidents with de‑escalation techniques.

The role emphasizes rapid decision making, strong communication with customers and emergency personnel, and documenting all actions. Training is provided, with benefits starting on day one and a start rate of $22.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business hours.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and place verification calls.
• Perform video verification of alarms and notify appropriate personnel.
• Provide life-safety dispatch and clear communication to emergency services.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events to communicate with monitored sites.
• Use two-way audio to intervene in real-time incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
