Job summary

CACI is seeking a 24/7 User Support and System Specialist to support mission-critical intelligence applications around the clock in Denver. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and 5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience with expertise in at least one intelligence discipline.

You will provide first-line troubleshooting, support rotating shifts, and bridge users with developers, ensuring uptime of tools like MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook and related applications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• 5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience with expertise in at least one intelligence discipline.
• Customer service mindset and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to rotate through 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Security+ certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to Intelligence professionals using operational IC knowledge.
• Solve problems in real-time through first-line troubleshooting of software issues.
• Support mission-critical systems 24/7 through rotating shifts.
• Bridge the gap between users and developers with intelligence expertise.
• Monitor and maintain multiple security domains and applications.
• Keep Intelligence Tools running when users need them most.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to avoid mission impact.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to intelligence professionals.
• Contribute valuable field expertise to enhance future software development.
