Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a GSOC Operator to monitor threats, analyze incidents, and coordinate responses in a 24/7 security operations center. You will assess, alert, and escalate risks affecting personnel, property, and operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of security experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and intel feeds, producing reports and supporting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security or alarm industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to write clear reports and deliver customer service.
• Experience following policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple IT systems and programs simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks under pressure.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• GSOC operates 24/7; shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to emergencies quickly and professionally while monitoring multiple systems.
• Answer calls, provide customer service, and assist employees with safety and security concerns.
• Monitor and operate security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV, intelligence platforms) and respond to threats, dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Prepare reports and document activities, following standard procedures and escalating risks as appropriate.
• Monitor open-source intelligence and news to identify emerging threats and alert stakeholders.
