Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a GSOC Operator to join our 24/7/365 Livingston, NJ team. You will monitor physical security, assess alarms, and coordinate responses with engineering, facilities, and onsite teams to ensure continuous protection of people and assets.

The role requires shift work including nights, weekends and holidays, with on-site duties and ongoing incident documentation. A base salary range is provided with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GSOC/PSOC, dispatch center, EOC, or related role.
• Experience with CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and incident management.
• Familiarity with Ontic, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor physical-security and life-safety systems 24/7.
• Process access requests and coordinate credentialing workflows.
• Coordinate incident response and maintain shift logs and handovers.
• Provide clear updates to teams, responders, and stakeholders.
