Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a GSOC Operator to join our 24/7/365 team in Livingston, NJ. This role supports protecting personnel and infrastructure and serves as a central communications hub for internal teams, onsite security, service providers, and emergency responders.

GSOC Operators continuously monitor physical security systems, assess alarms, process access requests, and coordinate response actions. You will rotate shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GSOC/PSOC or related security operations role.
• Proficiency with CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and incident management systems.
• Experience with Ontic, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems (Genetec, CCTV, access control) and assess alarms.
• Process access requests and credentialing workflows per procedures.
• Coordinate incident response, document timelines, and hand over to teams.
