Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager for a 24/7/365 program at multiple U.S. locations.

This senior role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with Operations, Quality, Finance, and other units to design, deploy, and sustain customer solutions under a large government contract. The incumbent will understand customer operations, drive organizational rhythm and processes, and coordinate workflows across recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate degree; BA/BS desirable.
• Five years of Operations, Operations Support, Systems Design and/or Capabilities Development and Integration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer relationship and management experience and competencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; government contractor experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to coordinate 24/7 with local customer management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in developing and deploying program capabilities and applications.
• Assist with the development of systems, processes and tools to enhance program performance.
• Provide People, Process, Tech, and Content solutions in support of operations as directed.
• Coordinate 24/7 with local customer management to ensure transition and sustainment.
