Qualifications

• Hands-on systems administration in Windows/Linux environments (gov/enterprise).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational leadership across engineering teams.
• Assume full authority during Operations Lead absences, including personnel management and customer engagement.
• Supervise SOC staff, manage shift scheduling, on-call rotations, and surge staffing.
• Deliver security and operational briefings to federal clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain SOC tooling, inventories, and contribute to runbooks and SOPs.
