Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a 24x7 enterprise IT O&M program for a government customer in Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating NOC, Service Desk, and Microsoft infrastructure operations, with Agile delivery leadership to meet SLAs and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate has strong program management experience in federal IT, with the ability to work across dispersed teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program/project management in a federal government IT contracting environment.
• Minimum 3 years managing large-scale enterprise IT O&M programs (NOC, Service Desk, enterprise infra).
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a 24x7 environment with SLA requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enterprise IT O&M program across NOC, Service Desk, network engineering, and MS infrastructure.
• Lead 24x7 NOC/Service Desk operations and Agile delivery across functional teams.
• Coordinate Sprint planning with Government Product Owner and ensure backlog alignment.
• Ensure SLA targets, KPIs, and contractual deliverables are met.
• Manage risk, issues, governance, and reporting artifacts.
