Job summary

Amentum is seeking a GNOSC Service Delivery Manager to lead the 24x7 GNOSC operations at Schriever Space Force Base. You will oversee a diverse team ensuring continuity, incident management, and executive communications with the Government customer.

Role requires DoD Secret clearance, ITIL workflow supervision, and strong leadership in a DoD/MDA environment. Day shift, with up to 10% travel and no telework option.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations management, NCC, or EOC roles.
• 1+ year of direct personnel management in a 24/7 IT environment.
• Active DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or IAM Level II/III.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of the 24x7 GNOSC environment.
• Provide oversight to Watch Officers, NOC Engineers and MST Engineers.
• Escalation point for complex IT incidents and outages.
• Communicate status and remediation plans to executive leadership.
• Oversee ITIL-based continual service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Mission Support Schedule with MST Lead, NOC Lead and SWO.
