Job summary

Amentum seeks a Business & Operations Administrator at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs to coordinate task order administration, seating, onboarding, and logistics for mission support teams.

You will monitor Period of Performance expirations, track deliverables and milestones, manage NDA processes, and provide access support, working with cross‑functional teams to keep programs moving.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of general full-time work experience.
• May be reduced with completion of advanced education.
• Must have 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience tracking deliverables and milestones.
• Must have experience coordinating personnel logistics, such as seating management, IT ticket generation, and badge coordination.
• Must have active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report PoP expirations for SubKs and update schedule trackers.
• Monitor CDRL deliverables and milestones and escalate late deliveries.
• Support Knowledge Management with monthly Task Order Status Reports (TOSRs).
• Manage MDSEA NDA process and compliance repository.
• Facilitate task order in-processing and onboarding, including badging and seating.
• Maintain master seating charts and coordinate space moves and reconfigurations.
• Initiate and expedite vehicle movements to support moves and space maintenance.
• Maintain recall roster and ensure active updates.
• Act as POC for daily cleaning escort duties and facility access coordination.
• Support IT admin with MDSEA account management, SharePoint monitoring, and token inventory.
• Coordinate MDSEA morale activities and quarterly reporting.
