Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shift schedules.
• Attend daily training Monday–Friday 8am–5pm for up to four weeks.
• Proficient in typing at least 35 WPM.
• Must have a reliable wired Ethernet internet connection.
• General knowledge of PC networking.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and analyze issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services worldwide, including billing and account inquiries.
• Assist users with resolving connectivity issues using online diagnostic tools.
• Monitor deployed networks and dispatch when remote fixes impact multiple users.
• Answer inquiries about rate plans, service availability, and contract requirements.
• Provide billing and account support: invoices, credits, refunds, updating payments, unsuspending accounts.
• Update contact information, Self-Care guidance, transition plans, usage, and cancellations.
• Document key interactions in the Case Management solution.
• Deliver end-user email support and monitor voicemail.
• Perform other project-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
