Job summary

Viasat is looking for a Trusted Connections Front Line Care Agent to support customers using public Wi-Fi, VoIP and TV services in a 24x7 call center environment. You will troubleshoot connectivity, assist with billing inquiries and update account information.

Strong communication, basic networking knowledge and the ability to multi-task are essential, as are reliable internet and the capacity to adapt to shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, personable and patient.
• General knowledge of home network basics and Wi-Fi.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using public Wi‑Fi, VoIP, and TV services.
• Resolve connectivity and billing inquiries via multiple channels.
• Monitor networks and dispatch when needed to resolve issues.
• Update customer accounts and process billing adjustments or refunds.
• Document interactions in Case Management and provide email support.
