Job summary

Viasat in College Station, TX is seeking a Trusted Connections Front Line Care Agent to support customers using our public Wi-Fi, VoIP and TV services worldwide. This role covers billing and account inquiries as well as resolving technical challenges.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, excellent communication, and the ability to work a 24x7 shift. Training Monday to Friday 8am–5pm for up to four weeks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document interactions in the Case Management system and respond to emails.
• Monitor networks and dispatch when needed to fix issues affecting multiple users.
• Assist with inquiries on plans, availability, and contract requirements.
