Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Exchange Production Support engineer to safeguard the firm’s 24x7 crypto trading platform and related systems. You will provide L2/L3 support for sales, business users, and institutional clients, owning production incidents and release activities.

You will work with Linux/Java-based systems, scripts, and monitoring tools; knowledge of FIX/APIs and trading domain is required. Weekend and shift work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production support in finance or trading domains.
• Strong Linux/Java background with scripting experience.
• Experience with FIX protocol and APIs is required.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps utilities.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for global production systems.
• Identify, triage and resolve production incidents end-to-end.
• Own release activities, audits, and BCP exercises.
• Monitor infrastructure and automate alerts for stability.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
