Job summary

Network for Hope seeks a dedicated Donation Support Services Coordinator (DSSC) to join our 24/7 response team. You will help evaluate donor referrals, communicate with families, and coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.

We value compassion, clear communication, and precision in fast-paced hospital environments. A healthcare background and flexible shifts are preferred to support families during difficult moments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or medical-related certification preferred.
• Experience: Call center, EMS dispatch, social work, nursing, or medical assistant experience desirable.
• Typing and data entry skills, multi-tasking ability, multi-line phone systems, and medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from hospitals and healthcare partners.
• Evaluate donor referrals and guide the donation process with care.
• Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams for time-sensitive decisions.
• Document and track critical information accurately in fast-paced settings.
