Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

• Experience leading multiple shifts or geographically distributed teams.
• Experience supporting mission-critical operations, logistics operations, infrastructure operations, manufacturing operations, or data center environments.
• Proven experience managing frontline supervisors, leads, or managers.
