• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple data centres within the cluster.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to provide smart hands services.
