Job summary

This company is expanding its local technology team to ensure the health of IT systems, including server and telephony infrastructure, with 24/7 support for the facility.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience, strong Windows knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent hands on experience.
• Between three and five years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration capacity.
• Proven expertise in current Windows operating systems along with associated diagnostic tools.
• A foundational understanding of enterprise infrastructure and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for technical support issues via internal tracking systems.
• Maintain and configure various hardware and software assets including telephony and server infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage all technology assets through a centralized inventory database.
• Handle sensitive administrative access with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
