Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Cloud Support Administrator to join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) for 24x7x365 support of Azure and Office365. The onsite role in Reston, VA requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance.

Responsibilities include monitoring deployment flows, executing scripts, restoring outages, and documenting actions for audits. The position demands Windows/Linux administration experience, PowerShell, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, classified environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance.
• 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
• 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux).
• Experience working with PowerShell.
• Azure experience.
• Comfortable with shift work in a 24/7 support environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flows and escalate operational issues to deployment teams.
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision.
• Coordinate and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers.
• Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues.
• Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting.

This role is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure across multiple workstreams in a classified environment. This position will be onsite in Reston, VA and requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance!

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator include:

• Monitor deployment flows and elevate operational issues to deployment teams
• Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision

Compensation for the Cloud Support Administrator includes:

• Salary Range:$70,000 - $100,000 *depending on experience*
