Qualifications

• Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
• Assist with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking aCloud Support Administratorto join a Secure Operations Center (SOC) team providing 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office365 platforms. This role is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure across multiple workstreams in a classified environment. This position will be onsite in Reston, VA and requires a TS/SCI with FSP clearance!

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator include:

Compensation for the Cloud Support Administrator includes:

• Salary Range:$70,000 - $100,000 *depending on experience*
• Full Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Federal Holidays
