Job summary

LP Building Solutions invites students to join a 12-week Summer Intern program in Hayward. The role offers a wage of $25 per hour and a housing allowance of $500 per month, aimed at developing future leaders in safety, project management, quality, environmental science, logistics, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop presentations and present project outcomes to a panel.

Job Purpose

The Summer Intern with LP is designed to identify future leaders and offer them a valuable, challenging, and rewarding opportunity with LP Building Solutions.

This program is designed to provide an internship to talented students and to help them grow and develop in their career path.

The future leaders will be introduced to the career paths that LP has to offer.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

Our mills area of focus for Summer Interns are degrees in the area of Safety, Project Management, Quality Control, Environmental Science, Logistics or Operational functions and the Trades.

Some highlights include:

  • Approximately 12-week program (flexible start and end dates based on your school schedule)
  • Wage of $25/hour ($1,000 week)
  • Housing allowance of $500/month
  • Leadership and cross-functional learning opportunities
