• Committed to work 85-90% of the 2027 season home schedule and any additional matches or events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems.

About the Role

The role sits within the box office staff at Sports Illustrated Stadium and is focused on improving the general public's event-day experience. It is a part-time, event-day position based in Harrison, New Jersey. The post holder sells tickets, provides customer service, handles payments, and resolves customer issues at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows.
