Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work unusual hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Commitment to work at least 70% of the 2027 Sprint Season and 27/28 Regular Season Home Schedule and Stadium Events.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work.
• Ability to provide accurate information about the arena.
• Natural sense of empathy.
• Inner desire to help others have a more positive experience.
