Responsibilities

• Support Red Bull New York (MLS) matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium, NJ/NY Gotham FC (NWSL) matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium and RBNY II (MLSNP) matches at Montclair State University.
• Work match days and non-match days at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University.
• Support operations of Sports Illustrated Stadium and stadium setup, breakdown, staging and conversion for matches.
• Coordinate with other Red Bull New York departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Collaborate with outside parties, including visiting teams, referees, league officials, vendors and partners, to ensure all needs are met.
• Assist with dark day assignments, special events and stadium projects.
• Provide support at the first team training ground when requested.
• Complete other designated assigned responsibilities.

About the Role

Red Bull New York Operations Department is seeking motivated individuals to join its match day staff, reporting to the Manager of Events. The role supports operations at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University across match days and non-match days, with exposure to MLS, MLSNP and NWSL soccer events as well as dark day assignments, special events, stadium projects and potential support at the first team training ground. The season begins in late January and continues through to the end of the calendar year. The position offers a comprehensive understanding of operations at RBNY and Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Red Bull New York (MLS) matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium, NJ/NY Gotham FC (NWSL) matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium and RBNY II (MLSNP) matches at Montclair State University.
• Work match days and non-match days at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University.
• Support operations of Sports Illustrated Stadium and stadium setup, breakdown, staging and conversion for matches.
• Coordinate with other Red Bull New York departments to ensure successful event execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform moderate labour over the course of a full event (8–12 hours).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold and rain.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions in a team environment.
