Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales associate for event days. You will sell tickets, handle payments, and assist customers at the box office windows.

This role requires 18+ years of age, cash handling experience, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred bilingual Spanish skills and prior experience with ticketing platforms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience, with comfort counting money and making change.
• Guest-centric, quality service attitude.
• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Committed to work 85-90% of the 2027 season home schedule and any additional matches or events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University.

Responsibilities

• Use the SI Tickets ticketing system to sell tickets and provide customer service.
• Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change.
• Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems.
• Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules.
• Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
