Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success & Account Support Intern to join our team for Fall 2026. This program provides structured support for customer success, service account coordination, service contract tracking, preventative maintenance, monitoring agreements, SLA support, project coordination, and internal documentation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Professional communication and customer-focused mindset.
Basic project coordination ability.
Ability to learn CRM or service management tools.
Interest in technology services and recurring revenue models.
Ability to work across multiple departments.
Willingness to document processes and improve workflows.
Duration: Fall 2026; Hours: 32-40 per week; Compensation: $18/hr.

Responsibilities

Support customer success activities for Technology Services accounts.
Help organize customer account information, key contacts, service notes, and open follow-up items.
Assist with customer meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
Help prepare account summaries for internal leadership review.
Track customer commitments and support follow-up after service discussions or contract reviews.
Identify missing customer information, documentation gaps, or unresolved account items.
Support customer onboarding activities for new service agreements.
Assist with administrative, analytical, or operational tasks as needed to support ongoing initiatives.
