AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. invites recent graduates to join its 2-year Local Rotational Program in business, commercial, and corporate services.

Participants rotate every 6–9 months across departments to gain hands-on experience in energy services and leadership skills. Locations include Orange, CT; Rochester, NY; Binghamton, NY; Portland, OR; Boston, MA, with an office work model and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance.
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts.
• Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in networking and cohort learning activities.
• Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments.
