Job summary

Avangrid offers a Local Rotational Program designed for recent graduates, providing exposure across the organization through three rotations over two years, with each rotation every 6–9 months. You’ll contribute to projects across energy services, finance, and regulatory teams and gain leadership development and mentorship.

Locations include CT, NY, ME, or other Avangrid sites, with a potential relocation benefit for eligible candidates and a clear path to long-term careers within Avangrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and support business decisions.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative environments.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance.
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts.
• Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in networking and cohort learning activities.
• Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments.

Education
