Avangrid's Local Rotational Program for Engineering, Operations & Infrastructure offers graduates exposure across multiple functions through three rotations over two years. Participants work on projects supporting reliable energy services, with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration to build technical and leadership capabilities.

Locations may include CT, NY, ME, or other Avangrid sites; relocation benefits may apply to eligible candidates.

Formación

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering fields listed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from Avangrid locations participating in the rotation.
• Ability to analyze information and solve engineering problems.
• Team oriented with ability to learn business processes.
• Strong collaboration across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in rotational assignments across engineering, operations, planning, infrastructure, and project teams.
• Apply engineering principles to support system reliability and infrastructure investments.
• Support planning, design, construction, maintenance, or asset management activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to address needs.
• Analyze technical information to support engineering decisions.
• Contribute to safety, regulatory, environmental, and compliance objectives.
• Assist with capital project execution and operational improvement initiatives.
• Engage in technical training and leadership development.
• Join cohort networking and peer learning activities.
• Build knowledge of utility operations across business functions.
