Avangrid invites recent graduates to join the Local Rotational Program, a two-year track across business, commercial and corporate services. Participants rotate every 6–9 months, work on projects that support safe and reliable energy services, and grow leadership skills through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Locations include Orange, CT and other Avangrid sites; relocation benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance.
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts.
• Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in networking and cohort learning activities.
• Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments.
