Avangrid invites recent graduates to join a 2-year Local Rotational Program across Business, Commercial and Corporate Services. Participants rotate every 6–9 months, work on projects supporting safe, reliable energy services, and gain leadership skills with mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; US work authorization.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work from assigned Avangrid locations in rotation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance.
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts.
• Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in networking and cohort learning activities.
• Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments.
