Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker at the Appleton Distribution Center in Appleton, WI. This full-time position pays $22.00 per hour, with a $2.00 shift premium, on a 2-2-3 non-rotating schedule from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

A paid training program supports new hires in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. You will perform order fulfillment, operate MHE, manage inventory with RF scanning, and collaborate with teammates to meet high-demand workloads.

Qualifications

Shift(s):

2-2-3 non-rotating 6:30am to 6:00pm

Pay:

Base rate of $20/hour, plus a $2/hour shift premium. Also, we include performance incentive programs that let you take control of your earning potential!

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our Appleton Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you’ll do:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
