Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join its Appleton Distribution Center. The role involves picking and packing, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will train in a comprehensive 2-week program and work a 2-2-3 shift from 6:30am to 6:00pm. The job offers a base pay of $20/hour with a $2/hour shift premium, plus incentive programs and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts safely, adhering to safety requirements and policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment.

2-2-3 non-rotating 6:30am to 6:00pm

Pay:

Base rate of $20/hour, plus a $2/hour shift premium. Also, we include performance incentive programs that let you take control of your earning potential!

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our Appleton Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. What you’ll do:

• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
