Job summary

WOW Logistics in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support order fulfillment and inventory accuracy at our distribution center. You will learn and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, participate in a comprehensive two-week training program, and contribute to a safety‑driven team environment.

This role emphasizes dependable performance, physical readiness to lift 50–60 pounds, and collaboration with teammates to meet tight deadlines while upholding our safety

Qualifications

  • Must be physically capable of lifting 50–60 pounds and working in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Prior forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using MHE.
  • Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts safely and follow all safety policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning accuracy.

  • Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Monday – Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm
Pay

$19/hour + Performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry. Our extensive, paid 2‑week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long‑term success. WOW Logistics is a drug‑free workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety‑sensitive position.

What You’ll Do
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high‑demand workloads with precision and efficiency
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
