WOW Logistics in Menasha, WI is hiring a Warehouse Worker at our Menasha Distribution Center. This full-time role starts with a base rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour shift premium. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid as $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days.

We provide a paid 2-week training program and ongoing mentorship to build your skills for daily operations, with a safety-focused culture and opportunities for incentive pay and benefits.

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our Menasha Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. What you’ll do

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
