Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Tukwila Distribution Center. The role focuses on order fulfillment, safe operation of forklifts and MHE, and accurate inventory management. Training is provided to new operators, with mentorship to ensure confidence and long-term success.

Shifts run on a rotating schedule with a starting wage of $25.50 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium. Our program emphasizes safety, teamwork, and performance-based incentives within a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50-60 pounds safely.
• Willing to complete 2-week paid training and mentorship.
• Able to work in rotating shift schedules.
• Forklift experience a plus but not required.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

Shift(s):

• Beginning of Week (BOW) Day Shift – Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday, 6:00AM – 6:00PM with rotating weeks.
  • Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• End of Week (EOW) Day Shift – Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday, 6:00AM – 6:00PM with rotating weeks.
  • Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Pay:

$25/hour starting wage + $0.50 shift premium. Also, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!

How Your Role Fits In

As a Warehouse Worker at our Tukwila Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, don’t worry.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
