Job summary

WOW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker at the WI Rapids Dry Distribution Center in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The role offers full-time hours and pays $19.00 per hour with additional incentives.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or 10:00am–6:30pm. Training is provided to build MHE skills, with ongoing mentorship to ensure success in order fulfillment, safety, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts is a plus but not required; we provide training.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds safely.
• Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate.
• Safety First: operate MHE safely and in accordance with policies.
• Team Collaboration: work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads.
• Inventory Management: receive, store, and ship products with accurate records using RF scanning.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

What you’ll do

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment.
