Job summary

Cooper Farms Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Shipping Associate to join the Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg, Ohio. You will unload materials, scan products into the CAT² system, repair racks, and wrap and secure shipments.

Shift hours are Sunday through Wednesday 7:00am–4:30pm, with an optional 5th day on Thursday. Starting pay is $17.90–$21.45 per hour, with monthly and year-end bonuses possible. All training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation preferred.
• Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills; advanced interpersonal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials to designated areas (dry storage, cooler, or staging).
• Scan incoming and outgoing products in the CAT² System.
• Repair damaged racks and perform light adjustments as needed.
• Wrap, load, and secure product for shipment; inspect refrigeration units.
