Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in Coldwater, OH. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with starting pay of $18.25-$21.80 per hour and potential increases after 90 days. Includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Responsibilities include unloading eggs, shipping/receiving at other locations, forklift operation, and CAT² system data entry. Travel to multiple warehouses may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload eggs and materials to designated areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Assist with shipping/receiving shipments at other Cooper Farms locations when needed.
• Safely operate multiple types of forklifts when loading/unloading materials.
• Obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and travel to multiple warehouses.
• Scan incoming/outgoing materials and nest run eggs into the CAT² System.
• Wrap, load, and secure outbound products.
