Job summary

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years, seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate to join the Coldwater team. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with an starting hourly rate of $18.25–$21.80 and potential increases after 90 days.

Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses contingent on company performance. Training is provided and duties include unloading, shipping/receiving, forklift use, and CAT² system duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload eggs and materials to designated areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Assist with shipping/receiving at other Cooper Farms locations as needed.
• Safely operate multiple types of forklifts for loading/unloading.
• Obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and travel to multiple warehouses.
• Scan all incoming/outgoing materials and eggs into the CAT² System.
• Wrap, load, and secure outbound products.
