Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. The role runs Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour and potential increase to $17.70 after 90 days.

Includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance. Responsibilities include packing eggs, verifying labels, and communicating any labeling variances to the Packer Operator or Floor Lead.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Factory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensure case labels match carton/sleeve type and date and label accordingly.
• Communicate any variance of carton dates or labels to the Packer Operator or Floor Lead.
