1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for our Production department to support the Department Supervisor in daily operations within a fast-paced production warehouse. You will lead hands-on staff, monitor workflow, assist with staffing and training, and help maintain a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires strong training, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Distribute materials to production lines and staff.
• Support training and staffing adjustments as needed.
• Ensure equipment settings meet current production needs and assist with maintenance.
• Identify safety and quality concerns and report to supervisor.
• Promote teamwork and high performance within the team.
