Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience (team lead or supervisor).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team leaders and hourly production staff; ensure a safe, compliant environment and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive continuous improvement with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials required by the department.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, shipping to hit targets.
• Respond promptly to operational issues affecting customers and cycle time.
• Enforce company policies; engage HR/Safety when needed.
• Build morale and accountability among reporting associates.
• Recruit, interview, and place open positions; track training needs.
