Job summary

Dover Food Retail in South Chesterfield, VA, is seeking a Supervisor for Fabrication on 3rd shift to lead hourly teams and drive safety, quality and on-time production. You will set expectations, coach staff, and maintain daily standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with supply chain, quality, and others to meet targets, control inventory, and sustain continuous improvement, all while enforcing policies and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (team lead, supervisor, etc).
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production members; ensure a safe work environment and accountability.
• Develop and audit daily standard work and maintain production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and shipping to meet targets safely and on time.
• Enforce company policies and maintain timekeeping accuracy in ADP.
