Qualifications

• Hands-on Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, and process improvement with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency with standard production systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Developing and coaching a team of production associates and leaders.
• Championing Safety, 6S, and Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs through Tier Meetings, data analysis, and corrective actions.
