Job summary

You'll partner with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to implement process improvements, champion Lean, 6S, and SAP-based production systems, and ensure safe, on-time delivery in a high-growth startup manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Developing and coaching a team of production associates and leaders.
• Championing Safety, 6S, and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to implement improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving corrective actions to sustain performance.
