Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong process mindset with lean manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.com; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day production operations to exceed safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S, waste elimination, cycle time reduction, and process optimization.
• Plan and direct capital investments and resource allocation to improve productivity and align capacity with demand.
• Develop and engage talent by building leadership capability and promoting ownership.
• Oversee production systems, data accuracy, and compliance across SAP, Salesforce, Dayforce, audits, and visits.
