Qualifications

• Lifts up to 50 lbs and handles heavy materials.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees to meet the work schedule and support cross-training.
• Perform SAP transactions and update reports for metrics.
• Identify and report production issues; collaborate with departments to resolve.
• Ensure adherence to 5S/6S, Lean principles, and waste mitigation.
• Oversee equipment cleaning and tool calibration as required.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Follow Environmental and Health & Safety policies and drive improvements.
• Maintain digital manufacturing documents and back up the Production Manager.
